About Product

MyBola is a brand of STATBOLA SDN BHD. It provides websites and the MyBola system, a cloud-based management software (SaaS) for businesses, education centres and sports academies.

The MyBola system helps organisations manage:

• Member and student registration
• Classes, sessions and attendance
• Bills, online payments and receipts
• Customer conversations, with AI replies on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Telegram
• Communication with parents and customers

STATBOLA does NOT provide football training services. All football training services are independently provided by respective academies.

STATBOLA SDN BHD also provides football media services (photography, match video recording, match statistics and social media content) and custom AI and web development. These are quoted per project.

Pricing

MyBola packages are listed with their prices on the Pricing page. They are charged as:

• A one-off setup fee per package, set by type of organisation
• For MyBola (Pro and Premium): 5% of each successful online payment collected through MyBola. Stripe, the payment provider, charges its own fee of 3% + RM1 per payment on top
• For websites (Standard and Advanced): a yearly care plan from the second year
• No monthly subscription

No hidden charges.

Fees and Refunds

Setup fees are paid as a 50% deposit before work starts and the remaining 50% before the site or system goes live.

The 5% transaction fee is deducted from each successful payment and is non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Online payments for an academy's own services are collected for that academy by Stripe into the academy's own Stripe account, and the academy receives them less MyBola's 5% fee and Stripe's fee of 3% + RM1.

Refunds of payments for an academy's services are decided by the academy under its own refund policy.
