Questions Academy Owners Ask
How much does football academy software cost with MyBola?
A one-off setup fee, then 5% of each payment parents make online, plus Stripe's fee of 3% + RM1. There is no monthly fee, and cash you record yourself is free. See the pricing page for the sports academy prices.
Can parents pay by FPX?
Yes. Parents pay online by card, FPX or GrabPay, and the money goes straight to your business's own Stripe account, which pays out to your bank.
Does it work with our own WhatsApp number?
Yes. You connect your own WhatsApp Business number, and Messenger and Telegram if you use them, from the admin portal. If you use the WhatsApp Business app, you keep it on your phone and the AI answers beside you. Instagram is coming soon. Meta bills any WhatsApp message charges to your own card.
Can a child be registered without me on the phone?
Yes. When a parent asks on WhatsApp, the AI answers with your fees and times and registers the child once the parent confirms the package and price. You can also register a whole squad at once by pasting a list.
Can I track attendance and session packs?
Yes. Plan sessions by age group, mark attendance from your phone, or let parents mark their own child. Session packs are topped up once paid, and you can bill everyone who attended a session in one step.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your player list, fees and training schedule, and the bank account you want payments sent to. You connect your own WhatsApp from the admin portal, and we set up your players, fees and sessions and train your admins.
What happens to my data if I stop?
We export your members and payment records for you. If MyBola also built your website, the domain and all its content stay yours.
Does MyBola run the football training?
No. MyBola is software and services only. Each academy runs its own training.
