Data Deletion Request

You may request deletion of all personal data that MyBola holds about you at any time. This applies to data associated with your MyBola account and any Facebook / Instagram login used with our platform.

To request data deletion, email us at neil@mybola-admin.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address or phone number associated with your MyBola account.

What data will be deleted

Your account profile (name, email, phone number).
Your business workspace and all associated records (members, bookings, billing history, messages).
Any Facebook or Instagram login tokens stored by MyBola.

Timeline

We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of your request. We will notify you by email once deletion is complete.

Retention exceptions

We may retain anonymised aggregate data (e.g. total transaction counts) and data required by law (e.g. financial records) even after a deletion request.
